These terms govern your use of soccerfitfamily.com and the resources provided by Focht Family Collective LLC, doing business as Soccer Fit Family (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Our Services

Soccer Fit Family provides educational soccer and fitness resources for parents, email guidance, and coaching bookings. Our goal is to help families get active, learn soccer skills, and strengthen their connection.

Our website forms and bookings are intended for adults. A parent or legal guardian must arrange services involving a child.

Educational and Fitness Information

Our resources provide general educational information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for individualized guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

Choose activities suitable for your own and your child’s age, abilities, health, and environment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have concerns about participating.

Safe Participation

Soccer and exercise involve risks, including injury. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children, checking the activity area and equipment, and adapting activities appropriately.

Stop an activity if it causes pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. Seek appropriate medical assistance when needed.

These terms do not replace any separate participation agreement or consent required for a coaching service.

Use of Our Materials

Unless otherwise stated, we own or license the materials we provide.

You may download and print free resources for your personal, noncommercial family use. You may share links to our website.

You may not sell, republish, distribute the files publicly, or use our materials in a paid program without our written permission.

Bookings

Provide accurate contact and booking information. If you need to cancel or reschedule, use the instructions in your confirmation or contact us.

Any fees, cancellation rules, or additional service terms will be disclosed before you commit to a paid service.

Results

Individual experiences and results vary. We do not guarantee specific fitness improvements, soccer performance, team selection, or other outcomes.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or harmful content.

Third-Party Services

Our website may link to third-party websites or use external booking and communication services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Legal Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Updates and Contact

We may revise these terms as our services change. Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised date. Separate agreements governing existing services remain subject to their own terms.
